Receivables Dashboard
See due-today items, overdue follow-ups, month progress, and the next payment to chase.
Receivables Companion helps people and small operators track who should pay, how much is still outstanding, when it is due, and what needs attention next.
Instead of separate tools for rent, loans, invoices, and repayments, Receivables Companion uses one flexible model and lets the scenario stay simple on the surface.
See due-today items, overdue follow-ups, month progress, and the next payment to chase.
Start from recurring, one-time, installment, milestone-based, interest-bearing, or split receivables.
Track full, partial, early, and repeated payments with attachments and notes.
Create self-reminders and outbound reminder copy in different tones for different situations.
Use it anywhere you need to answer a simple question: who should pay me, when, how much, and what is the status right now?
Rent, parking, storage, equipment rental, monthly retainers, and subscriptions.
Loans due back, project balances, reimbursement claims, and deposit refunds.
Split payments, staged repayment plans, and package-based receivables.
Freelance projects, design work, construction stages, and consulting checkpoints.
The app is designed around on-device storage first. Advertising and billing integrations are separated from the receivables workflow so the product can stay lightweight, usable, and transparent.
Receivable records, contacts, schedules, notes, attachments, and reminder history are stored on your device by default.
Advertising and billing partners may process device identifiers, ad-related events, purchase status, and subscription events when needed to serve ads or manage purchases.
On supported iOS versions, tracking permission for IDFA is controlled through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and system settings.
